FITS solutions

BETTER WORKPLACES
for your office.

Research, strategy and guidance to create the ideal workplace.

How does this concept work?

We stand with you through the entire project and support you across every challenge ahead. Together we design a creative workplace that unlocks every available potential — and lets organisations and individuals grow while staying healthy. For that to happen, people, technology and environment must work closely together throughout the process.

Why the workplace

A good workplace is consistent, considered and available every day.

We work with carefully chosen brands and proven methods so every team gets the same standard — regardless of space, headcount or way of working. Technology and furniture aren't a substitute for people; they're support. By removing inconsistency and complexity your team can focus on what matters most: the work, being present, and collaboration.

Employee creativity

A workplace that supports current and future ways of working boosts efficiency and productivity. It encourages creative meetings and collaboration, opens the door to innovation, and builds a team spirit felt in every room.

Better employee health

Stress drops when people can choose between spaces tailored to the task — from quiet focus to collaborative exchange. Ergonomic solutions, natural light and freedom to move throughout the day directly support physical and mental wellbeing.

A financially sound solution

The FITS concept is a flexible solution tailored to your needs. Furniture adapts easily as the team grows or ways of working change — no renovations, no extra square metres. The result is an office that breathes and uses every square metre well.

Sustainable solutions

Your new office considers both people and the environment. We work with brands designing for long lifespans, circular material use and repairability — and report on sustainability outcomes across every project.

How our
concept works

Six steps

1

Vision & inspiration

Why do you need a new workplace? Do you share the same vision of what you want to achieve?

The first step is building a shared vision and shared goals. We pay special attention to informing and motivating your people. Through workshops we walk through the whole upcoming process and the possibilities it opens — engaging the team from the start. The more employees know, the less they fear the change and the more enthusiastically they welcome what comes next.

2

Survey

How do you work today? Which pattern of work dominates your office? What drives your results and what's missing?

Instead of fitting you into a pre-made concept, we start from your way of working and your need for a solution that lasts. We analyse organisation and behaviour across the whole team — internal workshops, online surveys and conversations with project and management teams. In parallel, we map how the space and equipment are used today and how they will be used tomorrow. The results paint a clear picture of the workplace that best supports your growth.

3

Results & strategy

How well do you know yourselves? Do you really work the way you think you do?

This phase is often the most exciting: survey results open new insights and reveal how existing ways of working can evolve. Together we analyse everything we've learned and translate it into a shared strategy that fits your goals and your vision for the new workplace.

4

Activity-based design solution

What will it look like? How can your new workplace be arranged to meet the specific needs of the team?

Now we get practical. Having reviewed and analysed every detail, we build a strategy for the future together and turn it into a concrete design concept — with space and equipment tailored to you. The FITS concept offers a variety of inspiring settings that support different types of work. If the research shows a need for more meeting rooms and project spaces, or if employees ask for more privacy, the floor plan reflects that. A complete interior design solution — look, feel, materials and lighting — is offered as an add-on service in this phase.

5

Implementation

How will it all come together? How do you use height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs and room booking systems?

It's essential that employees get to know the new environment and every new way of working. We deliver, install and assemble your new workplace quickly and efficiently — but that's only the beginning. We train the team to make the most of the office and hold follow-up meetings to make sure every detail works as it should.

6

Ongoing partnership

How did it all turn out? Does the office now match your way of working and can it evolve as needs change?

After six months in the new office we analyse and evaluate results against the initial vision and goals. We compare fresh data with what we captured about the old workplace and note the improvements. This phase is an important part of the process — it documents real outcomes and gives us valuable feedback. Ways of working keep changing as technology and society evolve, so your new environment must be flexible, stand the test of time and adapt easily to new habits and needs.
